Signal by ATSHacker provides a free resume-to-job match score and paid, one-time resume and cover letter optimization products. The service is intended to help you make your real experience clearer for a specific job description.

Signal is not a recruiter, employer, law firm, career guarantee, or job placement service. We do not guarantee interviews, callbacks, offers, salary increases, or hiring outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of the resume, job description, and other materials you provide. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to use or content that is unlawful, harmful, or intended to misuse the service.

You should review all generated files before submitting them to an employer. Signal may make mistakes, and you remain responsible for verifying that every statement in your final resume and cover letter is true.

Paid products are one-time digital purchases processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout. After a successful purchase, Signal generates the requested files and makes them available for download.

If you lose access to a recent paid download, use the contact form and include the email used at checkout.

Signal includes a 7-day money-back guarantee for paid purchases. The guarantee covers product satisfaction and fulfillment issues. It does not guarantee a job outcome.

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy.

You keep ownership of the resume and job description content you provide. Subject to these terms, you may use generated resume and cover letter files for your own job search. Signal, ATSHacker, site design, software, branding, and related product materials remain owned by ATSHacker or its licensors.

The service is provided as available and may be interrupted, delayed, or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Signal is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost opportunity damages.
