Refund Policy

If you buy a paid Signal resume, cover letter, or bundle and the result does not feel useful, email us within 7 days of purchase. We will either help fix the issue or refund the purchase to the original payment method.

The guarantee is about product satisfaction and file fulfillment. It is not a promise that a resume will produce interviews, callbacks, job offers, salary changes, or employer responses.

Use the contact form with the email used at checkout, the product purchased, and a short note about what did not work.

If the issue is a broken download or missing fulfillment, we may first try to restore or regenerate the file. If we cannot resolve it quickly, we will refund you.

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. Banks and card networks commonly take 5 to 10 business days to show the credit after the refund is issued.

We may decline refund requests that are fraudulent, abusive, outside the guarantee window, tied to chargeback abuse, or unrelated to Signal's paid digital product. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
